POSTAGE INFORMATION
Orders can be posted within the UK and are sent from Birmingham. All orders are sent with Royal Mail First Class, untracked, but if you need a tracked or express option, get in touch.
The standard postage option is a £2 flat rate to cover postage and packaging.
All orders aim to arrive within 4-6 working days, though at some points in the year, this will be extended as I’m a one woman show! If this is the case, information with specific postage estimates will be displayed on my website and in confirmation emails.
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, please get in touch. At busy holiday periods there are often postage delays, so if you’re ordering around this time, make sure to allow extra time for this. Any last postage days before Christmas etc. will be displayed on my website.
